Lindy L. Huang, Principal
Lindy L. Huang, Principal, began her career in private accounting and ultimately joined a nationally prominent company two months prior to the initial public offering stage. She has over 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance community. In 1997, Lindy joined a multi billion dollar international recruitment and staffing firm as a Recruiting Manager. Throughout her tenure there, she took on the role of Division Director for multiple locations and played an integral part in the growth and expansion of the Los Angeles market. Lindy has expertise in the recruitment of top talent, business development, career counseling, and succession planning with emerging companies in the Los Angeles market as well as organizations with a national presence. Lindy also possesses extensive experience in developing start up divisions from the opening of new markets throughout Southern California to internal staff development and training as well as providing insight into talent acquisition and market activity. Lindy joined Rhumbline Accounting & Finance in August of 2005 bringing with her expansive knowledge in the accounting and financial placement industry and her reputation for providing quality service and personal attention to clients & candidates alike.

Myra L. Mendizabal, Executive VP
Myra L. Mendizabal, Executive Vice President, began her career in the staffing industry in 1998 in the Human Resources as a Regional Recruitment Specialist for a high-end national retailer. There she was responsible for recruiting all positions and handled various human resource functions for multiple locations. In 2000, Myra joined a national recruitment and staffing firm as the Placement Director within the legal industry. In the fall of 2000, she helped in the creation of Rhumbline Legal Solutions, and soon thereatfer the launch of Rhumbline Accounting & Finance where she continues to assist in all areas and is visibly active in many local organizations.

Richard Hammond, President/Director of Operations
Richard L. Hammond, President and Director of Operations, has over nine years of heavy recruitment and staffing experience in the placement of attorney, paralegal, legal secretary and litigation support professionals to many of the major law firm and legal corporate entities in the California market. Throughout his career, Richard has established key relationships within the legal and coprorate community, including many local and national organizations and associations. He actively participates in several charitable events and continues to play an integral part in the growth and expansion of Rhumbline Accounting & Finance.

Paul Bartley, Principal
Paul Bartley, principal, has spent more than 15 years globalizing creative business opportunities. After receiving his BS from the University of Southern California's Entrepreneurship Program, Mr. Bartley has founded a myriad of businesses in staffing, publishing, manufacturing, import-export and the service industries that are currently in operation in eight countries. His experience in corporate growth and structure has given our team the capacity to expand our existing services and plans for future growth.

Cindy Wang, Account Manager
Cindy Wang, Account Manager, possesses nine years of practical experience in the Accounting & Finance industry. After receiving her Bachelors degree in Finance in 1995, Cindy entered the real estate industry, and two years later began her career with a large international recruitment and staffing firm. Throughout her 8 year tenure with the firm, Cindy worked as a Recruiting Manager with the firm, and later as a Division Director in the recruitment of high end accounting and finance professionals. Cindy possesses the expertise in the recruitment of top talent, business development, career counseling, and succession planning with emerging companies in the Greater Los Angeles market as well as organizations with a national presence. Cindy joined Rhumbline Accounting & Finance in July of 2007.
